Served wagyu burger patties last sunday for our family dinner... O, our children and grandchildren loved these. I ordered 3 packs of 6 patties per... cooked them all seasoned with salt and pepper... all were gone... none were left for second helping. Good thing I had other viands prepared. Wagyu burger patties are so tasty and tender.
Very convenient to store extras in the freezer, for any emergency meals that need to be prepared in a jiffy.

I never get tired of ordering this...it's the best patty ever. Cooked to medium in a wagyu tallow coated cast iron pan lightly seasoned with salt and pepper - no other patty can compare to the juiciness and flavor of a wagyu burger. It's the BOMB!
