Cooking Instruction:
Simply pan-fry or grill with salt and pepper on medium high heat for about 4-6 minutes. No need to add oil as the wagyu cubes has its own. You can also add thyme or rosemary for additional flavour.

I couldn't help it and cooked a few of 'em once I received it. As expected of my past experience with wagyu, you don't need to oil the pan, just let it warm up then let the cubes cook itself in its own oils with a dash of salt n' pepper to perk up the natural flavour. And the taste is just delicious! Rice or salad, it goes well with either and condiments are purely optional. Best part is that you can make the cubes last a while if you're not a big eater. Well worth its price.

Just seered the Wagyu cubes sans oil on a non stick pan and served with lots of ground peppercorns, sliced or whole garlic and asparagus panfried on olive oil and butter. Simply delicious and tasty Wagyu beef!

The cubes would fall into bits when thawed then cooked. It is better to cook it a bit cold then place it in high heat surface. The meat is tender. It is good.
