Merry Christmas! What a wonderful Noche Buena we all enjoyed with the family. The Wagyu cubes as usual is referred by our youngest since it is like eating Wagyu burgers and you can't go wrong by having these as a staple. The Canadian Rib Eye was as soft and juicy as it gets and with a good chewy bite to it that you at least know that you are still having a steak and not a lump of butter. Honestly similar to my favorite steak place La Cabrera. The prime rib is enormous at about an inch thick each, which was my own preference. The perfect grill scores I wish I could claim as my own but unfortunately that credit has to go to the wonderful staff of Catalogue Manila at Citadines Benavidez who prepared this for us because I did not want to mess it up and I wanted a perfect medium only doneness. Too much fat for me so good thing the kids were there to murder that out. All in all, a perfect evening. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

Prepared ala octopus wiener based on the Japanese series - Midnight Diner. Sausage seems really authentic and premium.

My family and I had the Japanese sausage for breakfast. This is the first time we are trying a Japanese sausage. It was fairly good. As for the premium frankfurters, we have not used it yet. I expect it to be a good one.
