to cook this brazilian steak. make sure you have the pan preheated and on med high heat. then cook the first side by 90 seconds, then the other side 60 seconds. You will have nice crust on the outside and med rare to med in the inside, but still have soft texture.

Ordering was almost seamless since the payment was done on the website, but a delivery schedule was lacking upon checkout. If this information were included, the buyer wouldn't have to reach out to Facebook Messenger to ask when the delivery would be. The staff was nice to provide the information after and coordinated delivery information right after. As for the steaks, they were a bit on the leaner side, so you have to be careful not to overcook them.

We love the beef medium rare as it is more flavorful with just salt and pepper. The beef quality is consistent, the fat is nicely trimmed out making it value for money.
I prefer it cut to 2" thick though for an order of 2 kilos, customized, although the request was delayed for 2 weeks and was done only after a follow up to get Steak out's attention. The hygeinic prep and packaging and delivery is tops. My Nth reordering...thank you!

We wanted to.ask for thicker cuts but the service is not available. From other sellers we are able to ask for 1.33 inches thick. Better for med-rare cooking.
